Knowledgeable driver. Learned about history and architecture. Bought our tickets in advance which made boarding easy. Parking was close to departure area.

Jay was an amazing tour guide for our trolley trip. Jay talked about the history, both current and past, the hot spots to go and for what reasons and even discussed the architecture. We had only one day in SB and this tour helped us take a lot away. Thank you Jay!

Jay was an amazing tour guide. He was so welcoming and told us so many interesting stories about the places we saw on our trip while being so extremely likable and funny. My wife and I did a walking-only trip throughout SB that weekend and his tour made us feel like we really knew our way around town!

This was wonderful! Great info and intro to the area. We really enjoyed Rob, the tour guide and seeing all the main sites. The price was affordable!

Taking the trolley allowed us to get an overview of the city of Santa Barbara. It was especially helpful to see the different options along State Street and additional places to park relatively inexpensively. Our driver, Rob Reith, was very knowledgeable and attentive. We only got out at the Mission, but we saw several parks that looked great to relax if we had more time.

The trolley trip was great. Our tour guide,Rob Reith, made it fun and informative. I definitely recommend this on day one of your visit . His recommendations helped us make decisions as to some of our other activities
